Dr. Cara took an unconventional path when becoming a veterinarian. After spending the first part of her life working on ranches and dairy farms, she decided to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian. She went back to school, and graduated in 2010 from Tufts University. She feels it is a privilege to be a veterinarian, and every day is reminded of how much she loves her job! She looks forward to meeting you and your animals.

A native of Vermont, Dr. Brooks grew up riding horses and showing dairy heifers as a 4H-er. She attended Tufts Veterinary School, and has worked at the Tufts Ambulatory Clinic since her graduation in 2014. Her interests include preventative health, dentistry and geriatric medicine for all large animal species. When not helping out her clients, Lindsay can be found riding her bike, cross-country skiing, making pottery or riding her mom’s horse, King’s Ransom.
